everything is okay, breakfast is good, the room is clean because we requested it to be cleaned every day, and the location is strategic in the city center

Westayed in room 288. Our intention was already firm from the beginning wanted to have lunch at the hotel because we had never been there during our stay, when we arrived at DYNASTY (CHINESE FOOD) restaurant it was really disappointing and we didn't want to visit that restaurant again, starting from when we entered the restaurant we were not greeted, we sat down for more than 15 minutes, the employee didn't even give us a menu, even though there were several tables they were serving, it was obvious that they didn't want to approach our table, and also when we leave the restaurant they look at us and don't care. In the end we left the restaurant and complained to the reception to let them know to not be like that and treat the guests equally. But we chose to go back to our room and order go foods because I brought children(Niece) and parents. (the worst restaurant experience during my stay at any hotel)
