Amazing staff who were all superb, shout out to Ricky really made us feel welcome with his great personality, charm and customer service. Erwin also helped us to book our bus when my app wouldn’t work. Very strategic location close to good restaurants, shopping and sights. Great pool to relax in.

"Aston Pontianak enjoy and Fun"

Rooms are big and Clean. The Food is delicious. Cafe with soft music. Large Parking Area at Basement. Enough Pool for children. There is one Grand Ballroom with maximum capasities for 1000 people. Good services from the staff. Free parking

"Great Stay at Aston Pontianak"

This Aston Pontianak located in the central of Pontianak City, like 30 meters from Gajahmada Street, where you can find tons of cafe and food & beverages stall. This Hotel have good breakfast, night entertainment should you prefer it, but more importantly, a very helpfull and kind staff in the front desk. Ms. Nuri and Ms. Umma kindly help me to get my room because I could not get it via normal booking due to hi demand at the time. Thanks to them and their Manager On Duty I can run My business travel smoothly. Overall, great Hotel and fantastic Staff.

"Great holiday"

The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, spacious parking, delicious food, friendly service, the best prices, served by an officer named Dwi who makes everything easy and you want to come back another time. If you want to stay overnight, choose the Aston Hotel, Pontianak City because it can provide many advantages.
