When a horrible experience from an early booked hotel to a very seamless transaction with Hotel Del Rio. Commendable staff for their politeness. From the front desk, restaurant and house keeping, all are very cautious. The room is spacious. A/C working properly. Every housekeeping at service. The toilet is so spotless. Restaurant. The food served was superb! Added the restaurant staff that is very accommodating. We will definitely go back. The hotel across the road most likely is losing customers due to bad customer service. Thank you HDR. My daughter and I really had a good time in your hotel. We will definitely go back if time permits
