The hotel is a bit old and some of its facilities needs an update. The room also needs some refurbishment.

Everythings was superb! Excellent! Except for the room a/c which gave us interrupted sleeps. Maybe the management could replace it to a split-type a/c unit.

The property has definitely seen better days, my room’s windows were blocked by water tanks. The shower handle fell at one point.
PHI had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Del Rio. The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — especially the bed! The staff were warm and very accommodating, which made the experience even better. I also loved the peaceful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
