The location of this hotel is phenomenal. It is set in beautiful grounds within The Alhambra. The building is beautiful. The room was lovely. Overall I would say it doesn't have the wow factor of other Paradors we have stayed in, predominantly because it is let down by the staff.

The Reception staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was not ready for the 2pm check so we had to wait around. I would have expected to be offered a courtesy drink but this didn't happen. The dinner staff were friendly but very inefficient. I was asked about allergies but less than 5 minutes after telling them I was allergic to shellfish I was served an aperitif dish containing shellfish. The breakfast buffet is very good but we were not welcomed or asked what we would like to drink. Coffee was automatically brought to the table. We had to ask for it to be swapped to tea.. There was no explanation of what the ordering/buffet process was. We had to find a waiter to order the hot a la carte options and it certainly wasn't served with a smile.

Historical context: as it’s located in the grounds of the Alhambra, you were completely immersed in the experience and the visit. The gardens are magnificent, as is the beautiful cafeteria overlooking the gardens and the Alhambra

The shower flooded the bathroom and there seem to be no way to contain it.

ホテル宿泊者のみが入れる中庭等の特典がありました。ナスル朝宮殿へのアクセスが良いので、予約をとっておくことでスケジュールの調整がしやすかったです。うちの場合は、8:30に予約してナスル朝宮殿とヘネラリフェを見学してパラドールに戻り朝食をとって、アルカサバを見学できました。

コンセントの接触が悪いのか、調子が悪く充電できなかったりすることがありました。

Location is perfect. Our main purpose was visiting Alhambra palace. So easy access to Alhambra palace.

Upon check-in, no one was at the entrance, so we had to carry our suitcases ourselves. They should have an intercom at the gate. The breakfast was poor, and the service at the restaurant was unacceptable. They were too busy, the coffee tasted bad, tea was cold. Hotel costed nearly €600. It wasn’t worth it
