La proximité au centre-ville, le personnel très accueillant, excellent déjeuner, la propreté et le confort de la Chambre. Tout était parfait.

Room was bright and airy. The view was brilliant. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast on offer was tasty and coffee was great. Friendly staff.

Alles war top! Vor Anreise hatten wir eine Nachricht der Mitarbeiter mit genauen Infos zu Parken und Einchecken bekommen. Bei der Parkplatzsuche wurde uns vorab geholfen. Lage und Zimmer super. Frühstück ausreichend und frisch. Die Mitarbeiter erstklassig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

We had a very nice stay here, the location is incredible, just a few metres from the lift to the beach and only 5-10 minutes from the ferry-port. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, they also prepared us a boxed breakfast when we had an early excursion. We arrived with a rental car, there is a car service that valets the car, very efficient, friendly and not too pricey. The room, and especially the bathroom was very spacious.

Clean and modern, and Catrina and Carmen were extremely helpful at all times, even scheduling day trips and shuttles. They are such pleasant and lovely women. Also loved the breakfast area.

The only thing was it was a bit noisy at night with the windows open but it would not deter me from not returning.
