Beautiful, bright, spacious room in a great location in central Sorrento. Wonderful views overlooking Piazza Sant'Antonino. Super comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Very friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Quiet nights despite the central location. Great breakfast with lots of options. Elevator available.

Not the hotel's fault, but the breakfast area is a little cramped. (It's OK if not full.)

The property is perfectly situated at the doorstep of Marina Piccola and the Corso Italia. Our room came with a beautiful balcony overlooking Piazza Sant'Antonino. The room was both spacious and clean.

The location is great, the room was very nice, bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the staff were very friendly!!

Our stay at La Piazzetta Guest House was truly a highlight of our trip. Caterina’s hospitality was exceptional from start to finish—from the morning of our arrival to the very moment we left. On the morning of our first day, she reached out via WhatsApp to connect with us, which we really appreciated. We didn’t expect to encounter any problems, but we ran into some unexpected issues at the Naples train station while trying to catch our train to Sorrento. Caterina responded promptly and guided us on the best and safest way to get there. The staff communicated seamlessly with each other and consistently followed up on our concerns and plans, which made us feel very well taken care of. Caterina was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions and suggesting activities and routes for our trip, including a cooking class and a boat tour to Capri. She connected us with trusted partners who provided professional and high-quality services. What stood out most was how she checked in with us after each activity to make sure we had a great experience. Since this was our honeymoon, she went above and beyond by beautifully setting up our room and thoughtfully helping us plan our itinerary. She encouraged us to slow down and truly enjoy the experience rather than rush through it—for example, advising us not to overpack our schedule with island hopping along the Amalfi Coast. I especially appreciated her honesty and genuine recommendations, rather than simply telling us what we wanted to hear. The housekeeping was also very professional, and every detail of our stay was well managed. Caterina even kindly allowed us a slightly later checkout to align with our airport shuttle schedule. When we were leaving, she helped carry our heavy luggage to the elevator and gave us a warm farewell. We are so grateful for such a memorable stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.
