Everything. First of all location. It’s incredibly well located. Second - the property itself and the customer service which was exceptional. No better way to explore sorrento and the Amalfi coast

"Perfect location with Friendly Staff"

The staff at this hotel were excellent! The room overlooked a piazza and was right were all the action was. It has a small balcony overlooking the piazza and the other window gave you a decent view of the sea. You can also easily walk to the port area. It was in a great location. It also has an elevator which is convenient. The breakfast was included and was perfectly fine including eggs and bacon. We thought this room was a great value since other rooms we checked were $50 plus more without breakfast. Some added on cleaning fees or did not offer heat. We were there in January. You can also grab a ferry to surrounding islands from here. We enjoyed our stay. Sorrento is a great place to stay on the Amalfi Coast.

Honestly everything was great. The shower trim and caulk good use a refresh otherwise it was fine. The robes they provide were a nice touch but were very rouch in texture since Italians generally do not use dryers. (I have lived in Italy on and off over the years) But we didn't need them so it was fine.

"Great place the stay."

Clean, friendly staff, great location.

The only issue was the noise from the bar downstairs (not part of the 7) on Saturday night which was very loud until 12:30 AM.
