Love the individual villa/cabin not sharing walls with other units, the kitcheb space, the separate bedroom and the balcony entrance. Carpark lots are on 1st come 1st get it basis. Bathroom space is tight but manageable.

This place is a hostel with shared baths. Dirty sofas in lounge. For same price we last stayed at Carlton in Dunedin. 10 notches above this hostel

Shower were not operating well, backing oven had missing trays. Other than these it was fine, what we paid for value for money. But they can improve on maintenance like fix the appliances like shower nosal etc..
