We liked the set up and beds were super comfy. Doors were quite heavy so could hear them in the nights and some neighbour noise. Could do with a lamp in the room and a mirror Free parking!

Dirty

Space was very strange. Ceilings were about 8’ high so felt like you were underground, increased by the fact that the bedroom had no windows at all. Lack of privacy as pathway to other rooms ran close by the only narrow rectangular in the living room. There was no way to put the heating on. The plus was that it was a 15 minute walk into Queenstown.

Stayed in a private room which was great. Comfy beds. Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities were good too. All very conveniently located within a 15 min walk to Queenstown town centre. Lots of parking available. Really clean. Would stay again and definitely recommend

Booked last minute and was very pleased with this facility. The front desk was so accommodating. Would recommend as a less expensive place to stay near the Centre District of Queenstown.

Stayed in the dorm room overnight. Convenient location, good showers and comfy bed. Small kitchen but everything you need available. Would definitely recomment

Good basic lodge/hotel very close to the city and tours. They have a kitchen if you want to buy your own food. Only 3 blocks to the grocery store and literally 5-10 minutes to downtown, waterfront, restaurants, shopping, tours, steam ship, etc. Fun town. Lots to do and a car is not necessary if you just want to take tours. Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound, Mt. Cook, LOTR tours are must do activities. Have a great time!!

There's no air con or fan or a heater if cold , and our tv didn't work..

Great location for staying in Queenstown. We were able to easily walk downtown in less than ten minutes, but still have our private lodge when we were done for the day. We appreciated the private kitchen and on site shared laundry facilities. The bathroom sink was kind of small, and the water pressure was outrageous from both faucets, but that didn't negatively impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in the Queenstown area.
