Pinewood Queenstown

Nice staff, but the rooms are poor. The condition of the rooms and furniture is poor. The worst thing is the bathroom cleanness. The water pressure was weak.

Like the distance from CBD Dislike: No designated Parking. Had to park at the reception and walk to assigned location Checked into a hot room. No fan or AC. In the morning, Sun is already blazing the room. Again no AC or fan. Couldn’t sleep. Waste of money

The parking is terrible and they can't promise a spot for your vehicle. The floor in our room was not clean although the rest of the room was clean. The bed was NOT comfortable - you could feel the springs in the mattress. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this accommodation. We expected a little more especially due to the price for a private bathroom.

This is primarily a young persons hang out. Lots of young adults that stay out late and party (off premises). We had a problem the first night with noise but the staff was amazing and upgraded us to a larger and quieter room. We are very grateful and after the first night, we had an amazing time.

The room size was quite comfortable, and the shared toilets and bathrooms were maintained regularly, which was appreciated. There are designated spaces in the refrigerator for each room, ensuring organization. However, it’s worth noting that the number of parking spaces is somewhat limited, and the spots can be quite compact.

I’d like this hotel, walkable to the city, and so quiet,, Plus, the shared kitchen is so nice and clean.
