The property is within walkable distance to the city and to the wine tram. It is a house that has been converted into rooms. It has a beautiful pool area. The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning works well in the room. The staff is very friendly.

I did notice that there were some mosquitoes in the room that were biting in the night and made it hard to sleep.

Struttura ben arredata con comodo parcheggio. Posizione centrale nel paese. Bello il giardino fuori e il terrazzo delle camere.

- Gutes und schön präsentiertes Frühstück - Sehr grosse Zimmer - Sehr ruhiges Quartier - Lage und Nähe zum Wine Tram sind sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar

- Teppiche und Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ersetzt werden. - Kein Expresso beim Frühstück. - Die Pflanzen im Garten sollten zurückgeschnitten werden.

Its a nice place to stay as its one of the less pricyer places. All clean, nice breakfast and super friendly staff. The beds where comfortable and there is an aircon also for hot nights. The views from upstairs are beautiful and the pool area is nice to hangout. Walking distance to all the Restaurants and main road.

The front up communication is automated only and there was no reply on messages. Seems a bit less personal touched but when you arrive there they are super nice and welcoming.
