Parc Hotel Miramonti

Classico albergone con tante camere. Di qualità ma un filo datato. Adattissimo per famiglie con bambini. Posizione molto comoda, in un attimo si è alla base della Ovovia dell'Alpe di Siusi che apre un mondo di escursioni.

Posizione, centro benessere, pulizia, arredamenti.

Die Bedienung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Man musste jedesmal jemanden suchen...

Camera bel arredata e perfettamente pulita, cortesia alla reception

Avrei dato un "8-9". L'ultima mattina a colazione ho segnalato al cameriere (un ragazzo sulla trentina) che il cappuccino aveva un sapore amaro intendendo ci fosse qualcosa che non andava nel latte. Il cameriere mi ha risposto in tono serio e strafottente "basta aggiungere zucchero". Assolutamente no! Ma proprio NO! Non si risponde cosi per prima cosa (glilo avevo detto gentilmemente) e soprattutto se il latte non è ok si rischia di far stare male per una intera giornata di vacanza adulti e bambini.

Pulizia , gentilezza del personale, posizione molto comoda all’autobus

Cibo non sempre di mio gradimento. Mi è capitato arrosto di maiale non cotto bene.i piatti presentati benissimo ma a volte il sapore non all’altezza della bellezza del piatto.

Nice room with balcony and beautiful view. The Breakfast was good and various. We booked the half board and every evening the dinner’s menu changed including vegetarian dishes.

The personnel was attentive and efficient but not friendly.

Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. When we checked the hotel’s own website, the rate for two people with half-board was still showing about €100 less than what we were being charged. When we reluctantly agreed to pay the €70 just to end the argument, we were then told we would actually need to pay €293 additional euros because the “rate had changed.” We were forced to pay this on-site, even though our Expedia reservation was already fully prepaid. Despite showing proof of payment, we were denied a refund. Staff said they would contact Expedia, but this dragged out for hours, and we were only able to check in after 8 PM and were not given a refund Room Issues: The room we were given did not match what we had reserved and paid for, we had booked a superior room with a mountain view, but were placed in a standard room. Because I am 7.5 months pregnant and we were exhausted from traveling, I did not have the energy to argue further and resigned myself to what was provided. The room itself had multiple, No internet throughout the night (we could not even open the bar menu PDF). Oddly provided toiletries (4 shower caps, 4 shower caps, only one lotion and shampoo, no conditioner, no vanity).

Piscina interna molto grande con acqua calda e vasca idromassaggio utilissima dopo le escursioni. La esterna più piccola e fresca ma con un grande spazio solarium. colazione ottima con varietà di prodotti. Particolare attenzione per le intolleranze alimentari.
