La camera era bella e pulita con anche un piccolo balconcino. Mi è piaciuto che fosse inclusa anche la merenda. Personale della reception ottimo.

Da un hotel a 4 stelle e per il prezzo pagato mi aspetto degli standard più alti sia per la ristorazione sia per la spa.

"Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Südtirol"

Das Hotel weiß durch seinen Spa und Wellness-Bereich zu überzeugen. Zudem ist das Frühstücksbuffet gut ausgestattet und das Abendessen im Restaurant ist für den Preis nicht zu überbieten. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, für ein Zimmer haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen.

Es sind Kleinigkeiten (dünne Kissen, wenig Wasserdruck,…), die den Besuch aber keineswegs schmälern. Es gab allerdings nur einen Minuspunkt und zwar war das Personal an der Bar recht „arbeitsfaul“. Es dauerte schon sehr lange um Cocktails zu bestellen und es kam auch nie jemand nachfragen, ob man vielleicht ein weiteres Getränk haben möchte.

Stanze moderne, pulite, comode con bagno ampio. Piscina ok. Cibo ok.

Per il costo e la zona ci si aspetterebbe un pò di più. Area giochi bambini molto piccola e poco fornita. Tavolo da biliardo a pagamento (8,50€ x 1h ?!?) .

Camera ampia e pulita, piscina esterna e spa interna molto belle, ristorante ottimo con una attenzione speciale alle intolleranze. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in tutto.
