Friendly helpful staff , lovely breakfast

Lovely big family room with very nice shower room. Tea ,coffee, hot chocolate and cookies in the room on arrival . The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very nice with an excellent choice of hot and cold food. The staff were very friendly

Friendly yet professional staff from check-in to departure. Very comfortable room with well stocked hospitality tray and bathroom toiletries. Lovely to see large bath sheets for drying yourself. Evening meal delicious and lots of choices as was breakfast the next morning. Would definitely return if we ever had to come to Ayr again. Thank you

Had problem with toilet running all night for two nights was repaired on third day of stay it was very difficult to sleep with the constant running water staff apologetic they had to call a plummer into repair the fault even the door of the toilet closed could still hear the running water

Great staff, fabulous breakfast and dinner Nice bar area and restaurant Nice that it had a pool and leisure facilities Good view from bedroom window, bar and restaurant Conveniently located near to train station, bars and restaurants and opposite the beach.

First visit to this hotel and definitely will not be our last. Ideal location for easy commuting. Friendly staff that go above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. Excellent food and service. Sea view rooms available. Leisure facilities on site with swimming pool . *****

Easy access to town centre, not too far from the beach, quiet area
