"Good service experience in the F&B"

In the past months, I had many buffet breakfast in the F&B, there's various coffee/croissant/bread/noodle/sausage/congee... to meet the diffrent demands. The quite impressive service is from Ms Lisa Liu, smile as always, greetings to the guest in the proper manner and appear at the right time to offer the service when you need, high above the standard.

"프런트 직원 불친절"

프론트 여직원 표정이 어둡고 불친절했음 예약한 방값과 현장에서 더 비싸게 청구되서 확인요청 했는데 오래 기다려야 했고 아주 불친절 그자체 였음 쉐라톤 이름이 아까웠음

"Repeat stay"

I had stayed at this hotel about 6-7 years ago while in Qingdao, China for another project. I am happy to stay here again with a new project in the area. Unfortunately I did not have time to visit the micro brewery off the main lobby. This is definitely on my list for the next stay.
