Four Points by Sheraton Qingdao, Chengyang

Large busy hotel in Chengyang District. This is a long way from downtown Qingdao but the area has lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. Have stayed in this hotel several times and am always made welcome - but don't expect to find much English spoken. The rooms are large and well appointed and there is a selection of restaurants and a large lobby bar area. Easy access to and from the airport.

Grand

This was my first stay at the Four points, it is a large hotel with impressive lobby area. I was a bit disappointed with the room to be honest, felt quite dated both decor and maintenance with broken tiles in bathroom - also had dispensers for soap etc which is not what I’d expect from a hotel in this category. Room itself was comfortable and good size and breakfast ok.

The hotel is modern and rooms are very comfortable and maintained. Restaurant provides a good range of food, mainly breakfast for me, and the bar area is a relaxing point for end of the day. Recommend to any Visitors to this area of Qingdao

Spacious room & bathroom. Not the greatest of views - outlooks onto shabby tired buildings & streets

朝食は良かったです。

-area is ok for finding small restaurants -wifi is very very slow -had a big box left at concierge, need to take it outside of the main lobby door for easier loading to waiting car, lady told me to get the trolley and place box on trolley myself, i didnt mind her and waited for some male staff to help me take it outside -had to leave early on date of checkout (630am) advised front desk if possible to have my breakfast delivered to my room at 530am, a lady who seems to be in management (not front desk staff) took note and advised a male staff to prepare the simple breakfast for me, woke up at 5am, waiting for the breakfast till 545, called front desk to remind them they said yes, waited till almost 630am and still no breakfast delivered! left hotel afterwards with no breakfast!
