"We only stayed in the hotel for 4 to 5 hours, and really didn't get proper rest due to noise."

Even though the front desk representative was very nice and friendly, he was about to charge me double, because he advised that he hadn't received a confirmation email from booking.com that I had paid online. I was able to show proof that I paid.

As my husband and I entered the front entrance of the Fairfield Hotel, there were 3 gentlemen smoking marijuana, and the scent lingered into the lobby area of the hotel. There was a lot of noise on our floor. We only stayed 4 to 5 hours, and did not get to rest properly.
