It had air conditioning.

1. My room was guaranteed to be ready at 3:00. The employee at the check-in counter suggested we sit and wait in the lobby. In the meantime, she began checking in two other guests who arrived after we did. It was 4:00 before we were given our room, which was not on the top floor, as requested. 2. Our room shared an adjoining door with the next room; THE DEADBOLT WAS BROKEN. If the person next door had chosen to enter our room, the door only needed a gentle push. We barricaded the door with furniture. 3. The elevators on the first floor was missing the UP button; as in, there was a hole in the wall where the button should have been. Guests simply had to wait until someone upstairs rode the elevators down. 4. The paint on the bathtub was visibly peeling in large patches. Very unappealing. 5. We were in a "handicapped" but the bathtub wasn't a walk-in. I've had a hip replacement and can't lift my leg very high, making it dangerous to get in and out of a typical bathtub. 6. The mattress was unreasonably soft. 7. The walls were paper thin. We could hear someone in their room singing at the top of his voice. 8. In the area over the microwave and mini-fridge, there was no lightbulb in the socket that was intended to illuminate that area.

Climate control terrible Tp like sandpaper in room despite public restrooms having normal tp. Cold coffee, toaster didn’t work well, eggs not normal Tv issues

The breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel was located in a prime area near food establishments, and grocery store with gas station.

Thermostat was never repaired ( however, I was offered a stand along rotating heater which took the chill out of the room) . The day of checkout the elevators were not working and had to use the stairs.

The breakfast area was clean and neat. Had coffee and that was all.

The bed was NOT comfortable, very uncomfortable. Pillows seemed to well worn, not comfortable. The covers were very lumpy and old.

Bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean in general.

The particular room I got was close to the highway AND the exit door by the stairway (ground floor) it was extremely noisy. The banging (opening/closing) of the Exit door was ridiculously loud. Room is not sound proof so I can head other guess talk even when they are not talking loud. It was a nuisance for sure! Then at 8:00am housekeeping knocked on door while I was sleeping and even had the audacity to just open the door without warning! Luckily I had put the deadbolt. Overall even though the main reason was for me not to have to drive early morning and get a good nights sleep by driving the day prior, I ended up barely getting any sleep!
