"Bad Stay, bad staff, no service, The staff needs HOSPITALITY TRAINING in the worst way.."

We had nothing good to say about our stay. Many problems.

The Staff was horrible.. We stayed Tuesday thru Friday and our room was never serviced, with new towels, bath cloths or hand towels. We had to call and request towels to use.. When the black lady brought up the requested towels had a terrible attitude, especially with a disgusted guest, already. Beds never change sheets or made up, never.. My wife talked to a black male at the desk, he promised to come up and take care of everything. Never showed up. Also we told them the HVAC unit was leaking water into the room and the carpet was wet. No-body ever came.. We would like a REFUND on this bad experience and surely won't be headed back to stay at that hotel..
