Quick walk to Pukekura park and Bowl of Brooklands. Straight walk/drive to waterfront. Clean room with good facilities.

Had the room closest to the road. Very loud with traffic, not ideal for light sleepers. For future stays will request a back unit.

Upgraded to a 2 brm apartment, which was great - king bed in 1 room, 2 singles in the other, small tvs with Freeview in each brm. Large lounge area with sofa, arm chair and another single bed. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, 2 burner hob, and dish drawer. 4 seater dining table. Spotlessly clean. Large Smart TV in lounge.

Only had sky sport channels - nothing else. Long walk from the car to the room for loading and unloading.

It was a very pleasant stay, it was well air conditioned, as it was hot weather. Kitchen was great. Bathroom was a good size. We will be back for sure. Thank you for having us.

Only suggestion would be, is perhaps supplying floor standing electric fans for the bedrooms. Nothing much...just for added comfort. Thank you.
