Location and facilities were good.

The WIFI was not connecting and really slow may be we were right at the far back unit...our parking for room 15 was taken and had to park behind gym amd move 2 times..please allocate numbers to carparks so we can have the right to tell people to move...otherwise good stay.

My studio room was a great size, with sliding door to back private area. The cleanliness of my room was 100%. The go over and beyond any motel I have stayed in with the extras in the room being salt & pepper, sharp knives, cooking utensils, gladwrap and more. Beds were super comfy as were the pillows and linen was fresh. I would stay there again when back in New Plymouth. Only a short 15-minute walk to the Bowl of Brooklands, basically just over the racetrack. Thank you for a very enjoyable 2 days stay.

There was nothing to complain about. I have told freiends and family about this motel. Excellent

Comfortable and clean, close to everything we wanted to see, friendly staff.

You could hear people walking around upstairs. Verandah area wasn’t very private if you wanted to sit outside.
