San Giorgio Villa

Poor WiFi, no cups, no shampoo. The beds and pillow were like sleeping on concrete. Need to update mattress.

Perfect to short stay near the airport. Very nice people at service. Very useful airport transport service included.

Excellent location, great staff, great price, very nice town with cafes and taverns. The rooms are comfortable but could use some attention (shower fixtures for instance)

It was very nice hotel. Maria helped us a lot. She gave us great welcoming and made our visit wonderful.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. We would never come here again. We even debated cancelling our second night because I was so disgusted with our room and the staff. Upon check-in, staff seemed friendly and our room looked ok - bare minimum and simple. However, we ended up finding that the sheets on the bed were stained. Both the sheet and the fitted sheet. We also found a dead bug and a piece of old dirty tape on the sheet. By the time we realized this, staff was gone for the night. We slept on towels and were grossed out. The next morning I asked the staff at breakfast to please ensure the sheets were changed as they were dirty. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging our complaint, we were told they couldn't be dirty as they clean them and any stains are just due to age. We were completely blown off. When we came back to our room that night, their solution had been to just remove the fitted sheet from the bed and give us a new top sheet. Unacceptable. The rest of the room wasn't much cleaner. While this hotel is conveniently located, there are dozens of places nearby to stay instead. Why stay somewhere that isn't clean with rude, apathetic staff?

An excellent hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. Only bad thing was a very dlow wifi conection.

The hotel is really good. The staff are excellent. The views and location is really really good. You definetely get more than you pay for. Thank you San Giorgo for a great experience.

Great place at hiking distance from the monasteries.

Location of the hotel is just a 5-10mins drive from the train station. Walkable to many shop and restaurants. Maria was an awesome host, we had to check out before our return from a hike and scramble tour but Maria was super sweet and thoughtful and offered us another room to shower and rest before it was time to take the train! Will definitely stay there again!
