Clean bedlinen and hot water at the bathroom taps

The room was totally outdated. Old paint on the walls, very old windows that allow all the noise from the main street. Looks more as a backpack hostel! No TV remote, no AC remote. In the bathroom we have had only toilet paper, no toiletries at all. Young lady who's accommodate us was very rushing! I really don't know how this accommodation has 8.2 on booking!!! Definitely is way to much!

The location and view were amazing. Charmaine was very friendly and helpful, and the beds were super comfy!

The door from my room to the balcony didn't open which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have a small coffee station inside my room, rather than on the public landing - and there was no milk for coffee. I also struggled a bit with the access code, and there was no response to the numbers on the door when called.

Absolutely amazing hospitality from Charmaine and Lisa, and great location. Very clean rooms.

The only downside was a ticking noise at night that kept my partner up sometimes at night.

It’s next to the main road where you can easily access the city bus

No bar fridge in the room and no coffee facilities in the room
