"Exceptional"

Very nice front desk staff made check in easy even though the computers were down. The location is close to shopping and the casino along with many restaurants. The room was very clean! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

"Stayed for a volleyball tournament"

Stayed 2 nights for a volleyball tournament. The check in attendant was pleasant and welcoming. One disappointing fact about our stay was while taking a shower, the fire alarm went off in our room due to the steam coming from the bathroom shower. We were surprised that no one bother to call and or check in on us to make sure all was well. A huge safety RedFlag if you ask me. As far as our stay, it was average at best. Room just ok. Some missed housekeeping opportunities. No upgrade for lifetime elite member and no courtesy coffee for guests especially during these fridged cold months.

"Just okay …"

It was fine. Coffee isn’t available until 7am and in room coffee was not replenished. Sheets were very thin, pillows too, and the room was quite loud. Everything was clean and in the words of my family, the whole hotel was “mid.”

"Excellent"

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Not very quiet because of location. Bed was very comfortable . Nice shower and sitting area. The bistro was great for drink. Would stay there again.

"Not the Marriott standards"

Decent hotel not up to the Marriott standards though, never anyone at the front desk managers never get back to you. Not very well maintained hopefully they will step it up, Towneplace next store is a mush better place. I was very disappointed other then the maintenance guy did attend to my concerns he is the only one who actually got back to me.

"Save money in a clean hotel"

Hotel is clean. The onsite bar was lacking in the wine choices. 1st room the heat was not working. Had to get a 2nd room, heat worked, had some big stain or something on ceiling. Tvs are very small. All of that is just being picky besides the heat. Overall for the price id stay here again and again.

Room was clean, bathroom was clean with fresh towels also room was very warm and inviting.

Hot tub was cold.
