Nice staff

I was charged $111 by the hotel for my room, after I had already fully paid on booking.com. When I called to dispute, I was ignored.

Hotel overall provide a good nights rest.

Everything was fine, but miss a complimentary breakfast.

Room wasn’t ready until 630pm and the room was not very clean

I recently stayed at Courtyard Marriott York, expecting a clean and comfortable experience given its reputation. Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, it took 20 minutes just to receive our room key, and the front desk staff complained about only working two days—an unprofessional first impression. Once inside the room, the problems continued. A musty odor filled the space, and cleanliness was clearly lacking—hair covered the bathroom floor and carpet, and the room felt unkempt. There were no towels available, and when I inquired at the front desk, they had none to provide. The soap dispenser was broken, further emphasizing the lack of attention to detail. Additionally, the in-room coffee machine lacked coffee, forcing me to go downstairs to get some. For a hotel carrying the Courtyard Marriott name, this experience was highly disappointing. Cleanliness, efficiency, and guest provisions should never be overlooked. I hope management takes immediate action to improve these conditions for future guests.

Let me just say the best part of our experience was the lovely Jordan who worked the front desk . She did her best to make things right. Thank you Jordan . Basically not up to par with Marriotts as we know them . They are usually our go to ..There are other choices in York , Pennsylvania ….

Ll the staff were great. I got food poisioning form a previous trip and the staff were concerned, courteous and helpful. They treated me extremely well and I thank them!

The bed was way too hard, and the pillows were lumpy and worn out. Left with a back and neck ache. Will not be coming back.

Staff was very nice. The facility is clean and comfortable. I brought my family on a business trip and was a little disappointed the pool and jacuzzi were cold. We were told to turn the jets on the jacuzzi to heat it and I did not work. I had to take the kids to do something else.

I love it i was so happy i felt like i was home
