Handy location, free shuttle bus stop in front of hotel.

Room felt a bit damp at arrival, changing the aircon to keep the room a bit warmer fixed it.

The location is amazing! It's close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood so you can have a peaceful night. Everyone who works there was very accommodating and helpful. Really I love this place! It's a gem in South Beach.

The only thing that is a little bothersome is that the check-in isn't until 3:30?! I just don't understand hotels that don't allow you at least to have 22 hours at the hotel. Check out is at 11:00 and then check in isn't until 3:30?! There's not that many rooms and they clean the rooms very quickly so that would be my only issue. It would have been nice to be able to take a quick nap and then enjoy the rest of my day. But instead I had to wait around till 3:30 and it was just too late to take a nap. And if you want to do an early check-in it's $60! I find that a little offensive. I've done early check-in at really nice hotels before and they never charged me or it was like 20 bucks. $60 is insane!

Everything the hotel was really nice close to south beach , the room was clean, also was cool they give you a free umbrella and chair on south beach so you can chill on the beach.

The property was small but very cute and quaint. I felt very safe with all the cameras and the staff was very friendly. Walking distance from restaurants and bars
