The hotel is in an excellent location in the Southern part of Miami South Beach - close enough to walk to the lively Ocean Drive, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The room was very spacious and clean, with a great size bed and fresh bedding. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Overall, we were very comfortable at Villa Italia during our stay. In fact, it was our favourite hotel out of five that we stayed in in Florida.

It would be great to have a hotel breakfast available, but then again - as far as we understood, it is not common to have a hotel breakfast in Miami.

Excellent location, walking distance from the beach, Ocean Drive and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

The room was dated and simple for the price paid. Normal in Miami Beach but not a real hotel vibe.

The location was nice

The room was very outdated. the door, floor tile, toilet and showers should be updated for this to be a resort. The room was very small and only 2 small towels in the room. There was no parking we had to find a parking garage 3 to 4 blocks down the street.

Basically everything. It was just very inviting and reminded me of previous stays in Key West. The landscaping was great, the location, could not have been better and the front desk staff very personable.

The coffee maker. Did not work properly . Invest in all cotton bed linen.

good location, a few blocks from the beach in historic area.

It looks fancier in the online views. It's a small boutique hotel with an excellent staff. Biggest negative was having to pay $80 for overnight parking of my car a half block away in a parking garage.
