Old Thorns Golf Resort And Spa

My Daughter has allergies. The choice for here was excellent & no problems when asking for options. We had a set menu and they brought her the same meal but gluten and dairy free which was great. Other places just give her something totally different and a basic ready meal. So well done old Thorns.

My bed was very hard and the pillows weren’t great.

Fabulous 2 days away with friends and family celebrating a special birthday and everything was just perfect, from the relaxing spa treatment, the facilities, through to the dinner and breakfast. Thank you

What a fabulous place, could not believe how nice this place was. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurants were excellent with a choice of bar food in the sports bar or something a bit more special in the main restaurant. For the price it was fantastic value. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Situated 40 mins from Portsmouth it was an ideal stopping point before heading home to Jersey.

Facilities in the spa and pool need some tlc, broken items, steam room door not closing, overall ok but not as well maintained as it used to be. Breakfast was chaotic with items being replenished very slowly, we were there early so it was not even the busiest time.
