Great service. Owners were very helpful and answered all questions. Bus 29 is best to get at airport. Very clean. Kitchen was fantastic. Fairly quiet at back. They assist to book tours. Manageable walk into city and bus is available across from street. Bit of a scent when u enter room but left with window open.

Can't compain about the cleanliness, but, oh dear...time to give it a complete update...carpet looked terrible and loung area very old fashioned...had a great bathroom, but too much room wasted there and not enough room in the living area....i will not be back sorry

We have stayed at the Milano before and went back because it was good. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We will stay again if we are in Christchurch.

"Good area for our needs. Near St George’s "

The room smelt awful. We had to leave the windows open all night even though it was freezing because of the smell. The shower is terrible. Hardly any volumn of water. Decore very average for the money

Awesome nights stay, parents next door at Daffodil House so very convenient! Clean and comfortable and even though close to road didn't hear any road noise. Will stay again
