"Very impressive"

Wonderful friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms that were serviced daily. Great location, with great shops and cafes nearby. Would definately stay here again and recommend.

We were very happy with our choice. The bed was comfortable, spa bath great and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the city, museum, etc. Hosts were helpful and nicely mannered. Left my newly purchased lipstick behind which is currently on its way back in the mail. Thanks John and Jia

Milano Motor Lodge is a nice place. It is very clean and easy to find. However, no rooms have air conditioning, which seems to be the norm in Christchurch motels and motor lodges. You need to open the two bottom-opening windows for air circulation, as there are no ceiling fans either. Otherwise, it is a nice place.

"Nice quiet hotel"

Nice hotel, not really close to City Centre, but in a nice neighborhood. Staff was friendly, check in and out quick. The room was roomy and very comfortable.

One night stay for 4 people, plenty of space...walked into main part of town for dinner( ( 20 min walk)....pleasant stay, quiet room.

John & Jia were so very helpful,they gave places to eat ideas,locals places to go for walks,can't say enough how nice they were.the motel is in a GREAT part of town,just minutes to all MUST see places
