I was upgraded to a beautiful room with lovely views.

When I first booked in I was given a room looking out onto a scruffy wall inside a courtyard the room & outlook was very dark . I suffer anxiety issues & claustrophobia so I returned to reception & was lucky to be upgraded. I think the amount of money that I paid I should not of been allocated this room in the first place. Originally it was £200 for one night. But I had discount so paid around £150 ( with no breakfast) Room 1111 Tv had no ariel reception so could not watch the TV. but i didn't really need it with such a beautiful view

We are staying as a family of three in a deluxe room. There is no refrigerator in the room, and no basic amenities such as toothpaste, cotton swabs, or similar toiletries—the bathroom is completely bare. There are also no in-room air conditioning controls; the entire hotel is centrally heated or cooled according to its own settings. The duvets are excessively thick, even though it is the middle of June. Overall, it feels like a four-star city hotel providing service at a hostel level.
