Clayton Hotel Cardiff

Room very clean, good condition, lovely staff. Excellent location near the station for the city centre

Could hear other rooms bathroom.

I normally stay in this hotel whilst visiting Cardiff as it’s a great location. Generally, the rooms are well maintained and cleaned and having sufficient facilities. This time was a disappointing experience however, previous stays have been good.

There was an odd smell of drains in the room (sixth floor). The room was a double executive but I was given a double with a twin. There were a few hairs left in the bath, hairdryer had no attachment and why have a bath and not provide bath soap? You have to pump shower lotion into your hand to fill up the bath.

Fantastiskt läge precis vid järnvägsstationen. Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Frukostbuffén ordinär men okej. Ost saknades dock nästan helt.

Lite väl högt pris jämfört med vad du som gäst får. Vårt hotellrum var lite slitet. Men det största problemet var smällande dörrar från andra hotellrum, vilket hördes under natten och tidig morgon. Störde vår nattsömn. Hotellet behöver åtgärda detta så att de självstängande dörrarna stängs mjukare. Toalettstolen satt löst men gick dock att använda.
