"We would come back again"

Clean and nice room with good size bathroom. Very tasty food with many options. Nice size swimming pool. Interesting evening animations. In general good place for a family holiday.

Very cold water in swimming pool ( we visited in may so it could be expected, just know that the pool is not heated )

"A pleasant surprise - much better than expected!"

The entire property is spotless. All the staff are extremely polite and friendly with the exception of one guy at the pool bar. The food/drinks quality and choice is excellent. The entertainment is of a high standard.

We were in a standard double facing west (number 330). It was really hot and the air conditioning did not work properly. I can say this with accuracy since my husband is an air conditioning engineer. We did complain and were told that and engineer would be sent to the room. It made no difference, as expected. It made blow drying my hair and trying to get a bit of makeup to stay on quite difficult.
