"Sehr angenehm für uns als Durchreise-Hotel"

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Sie reagierten sehr schnell auf Reklamationen und waren engagiert.

Es ist eine sehr grosse Anlage, daher hat das Buffet Restaurant einen Kantinen- Flair. Die Parkplätze in der Garage sind schon recht teuer.

"Good hotel overall, but I expected a better SPA area"

The hotel has a beautiful and well-maintained territory. We had a clean and cozy room, a comfortable bed and a good shower. There were various activities for guests of different ages. I also really enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. I’m quite picky when it comes to food, but it was easy to find something suitable for any taste or intolerances. The outdoor pool is huge and probably amazing during the warmer season — in May the water was too cold for me to enjoy it.

The room didn’t have slippers or bathrobes, which I usually expect from this type of hotel. I was also disappointed with the SPA area. I wasn’t planning to book treatments, as the prices seemed quite high to me, but I expected more from the SPA itself. In reality, it was a very small pool with water that wasn’t very warm, no hydro massage features, showers, or jacuzzi, and only one tiny sauna was working. We came just for one night to celebrate a birthday, so having a nice SPA area was important for us. Apparently, I should have checked the facilities more carefully beforehand, because when you see “SPA” advertised, you naturally expect something more.

Fint läge med härlig pool med fina solstolsytor och närhet till strand och strandpromenad. Hjälpsam och vänlig personal. Välskött och vackert hotell. Bra och varierat utbud i buffén. Enklelt men gott.

Rummet vi fick var i vår valda kategori men lågt placerat. Kanske för att vi bad om tidig incheckning? Finns flera finare lägen.
