"A very good hotel. Staff were very efficient and responded immediately to problems."

The room was excellent. Very comfortable bed and super bathroom.

The television didn’t work properly. The staff tried very hard to repair it but because it was the weekend no technical advice was available.

"Good apart from the TV!"

Room was clean and spacious

We had a problem with the TV in the room. We reported to reception who sent someone up to look at but they didn’t know how to correct. Disappointed that we weren’t offered a complimentary drink or slight refund- nothing offered which was surprising! We were a returning guest also.

"Good chain hotel."

Very good and convenient hotel. Bar food good and value for money, and breakfast also good. Rooms pleasant and clean, and large car park very good. Excellent for overnight stay whilst travelling.
