Everything about here is great. Not the 1st time ive stayed and probably not the last as used to live in area and is probably best hotel around

My second stay - and I would Definitely return. The hotel felt worthy of it's 4 stars; my room was elegant and modern - and I had an enjoyable meal (with live music) in the bar!

Location.

Room very hot, called reception to ask for a fan because the ac wasn’t working and told they will reset - didn’t work, didn’t care. Very expensive price point to try and sleep in a sauna. Ordered a steak, given a cheese knife to cut it, staff never returned - didn’t work, it’s blunt to cut cheese not animal protein. Constantly had to walk to the bar to chase food order, get more drinks and pay the bill - couldn’t see staff anywhere but could hear them laughing and chatting somewhere. Left alone to serve myself, then disappointing faces when I didn’t tip…?!? I basically served myself, why would I tip? Expensive hotel - very poor experience, I will not return.

Comfortable, clean bedroom. Bathroom and shower excellent.

Over a bank holiday weekend to celebrate an anniversary the bar was the only option to eat in the hotel, two thirds of the menu was unavailable. Apparently this was because the kitchen had undergone ordered. Additionally for the third consecutive stay the à la carte breakfast was also unavailable. Very weak performance CASA.
