Liked Jerome the manger and the young maintenance man - Jerome went out of his way to make us feel at home. He quickly solved a few small issues - he was professional and kind.

Rental of boat and kayak were too expensive

Jerome was very kind and welcoming. We had a slight issue with our check-in, and he was quick to respond with an amazing solution. Will we be back, and now we have a new favorite cabin.

The Cottages are in general clean and well cared for. The manager, Jerome, was a pleasure to work with, he was very welcoming, answered all our questions and made our stay comfortable. He is the person that makes the place work. We were also impressed by the young maintenance person, he quickly fixed a broken shower head and was also very helpful. The location on the lake is lovely and quiet.

The view of the lake was beautiful and how close the cottages were to it. The location and everything was excellent

No issues with the facilities or the property

Beautiful property and location however everyone who lives locally is on substances and it was really uncomfortable. The property is right off the lake and you get a beautiful view. None of the locals bother you or come near the property so that was good. We were in town visiting my grandparents and clear lake is such a beautiful location. If we do come back I wouldn't mind staying at this location again. Booking was easy along with checking in and out. If you need any assistance the manager is a phone call away. The view is breathtaking! I also liked that our cottage had a stove, so we cooked everyday saving us money. The cleaning ladies were super helpful and attentive as well. Overall it was a great stay. Just be aware of the locals because just about everyone is on substances unfortunately. Also there was a ton of nats/bugs flying around so when you walk, fingers crossed nothing flys in your mouth or eyes lol, but we know its common for lakes to have bugs. Lastly i would recommend this specific property, oh and they allow dogs which is a plus!

Right by the lake, scenic views. Place is functional and outdoor space is relatively clean. Rooms are clean, nice and comfortable bedding and towels.

Outdoor furniture and appliances are not getting maintained well. Tables are dirty, spider webs on appliances. It should be easy to clean it at least once in 2 weeks. Kitchennet did not have any utensils, plates at all.

The water view and excellent service by staff. Richard was awesome. Giovani was very friendly and helpful.

Too many bugs outside the cottage. They are really tiny and harmless but annoying.
