I like all about it. Nice stay nice view everything

I book through booking.com and when i want to get imvoice booking.com say ask the property. When i ask property they said they dont provide. And when i complain to booking.com they dont provide invoice, they said they email the property to get the invoice! Nowwww, how im suppose to get the invoice? Been complaing to customer service and and answer!!! So i will complain both. The property because they didnt believe me i said booking.com ask me to ask the property, eventough booking.com already email the property. And for booking.com you guys suck at customer service. Never replied my email.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, the Sunday Buffet was good as always!

When we entered the room, it looked neat and clean at first. However, the blanket was dirty. It was clear that they hadn't changed the cover or cleaned the blanket itself there were stains, a bad odor, as well as visible marks of lipstick and even blood. It felt like the room was just quickly made up after the previous guest without proper cleaning. It was disgusting and very unhygienic. We didn’t complain at the time since we were only staying for one night. They had accommodated a big wedding the night before, which we had informed about. The bathroom also seemed old and poorly maintained it definitely needs some upkeep.

So easy to make a good first impression, and this place failed. Check in was ok, but the room wasnt. No place to put bags, holey bath mat, frayed towels, and no shelf in shower cubical. Also gaps in floor boards and window in bathroom. Pool and dining area was nice, food and drinks okay, but after booking for 5 days we left after 1. The area nearby was lacking.
