Raňajky boli fajn, veľmi priateľský a ochotný personal

Kúpeľňa páchla niekoľko dní, po prvom dni prestala odtekať voda v umývadle. Okno v kúpeľni nejde zavrieť, takže vám dnu neustále vlietavajú komáre. Kúpeľňa potrebuje rekonštrukciu.

I like about my room being near the seaside, sea view, pool view. Impressive swimming pool, clean and nice. The room was spacious and toilet was clean. TV was working with astro channels. Many hangers in wardrobe, got fridge and a safe. Comfy pillows and working lights and fans, good aircond. Enough bath towels and beach towels and mat. Insect repellent coils. Delicious nasi lemak and porridge for breakfast. Beautiful restaurants. Got pigeon house. Comfortable grass to walk on.

I don't like the room without hairdryer, no slippers. Small TV. Hard mattress. Breakfast Coffee not nice, overall the breakfast spread is too little with nuggets and cheap sausages. I prefer the old style with proper sausages and more western options. I suggest to add salad table (with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers) with ham and hash browns. But I understand why no salad table, people here don't like salad! Hahahha... I also don't like the fact that there's no bath points or water points to bath before going into the pool, or wash our feet after walking at the beach on the sand. But we also understand the problems caused by non-stayers who might abuse the facilities. The staff ~ some friendly, some fierce, some just smiled and no chit chat. Previously, Mr. Cantwell was a bit more chatty... Compared to his daughter. Upon checking out, it's okay to say "hi" and ask "how's the stay", a conversation to invite us back.

I like the pool that near to each challet, i like the view with coconut trees and play with ginger ( the cat). Challet is big and i can say it comfortable to stay.

The room has stinky smell (kencing tikus), mouse playing at night on the roof, im sure that is not a squirrel. No refill foe mini bar in the room, no refill for shampoo, no room slippers and toothbrush also. Room only make up upon request. I already put on the sign for room make up but no cleaning done. The water bottle in the room kan, i think better bg mineral water. People pay more for the room tp bg air refill. Itu pun penutup kotor and air bau. Tll banyak yg dbaik pulih for this resort. Mcm sgt² uzur. Food presantation tu baaa, di kasi bakul bawang juga.klu nama nya resort kasi la yg cantik ckit. Lps tu nasi kmu hrtu kasi kami msih mentah. Sy mkn sj sbb dh byr mahal. Mls pula sy mo call kasi tau, nnti mmbazir pula tu nasi kmu buang. Sy ni jns yg x byk complain , tpi begini pula sy dpt. Jd harap complain ni di ambil iktibar.

I like how it was away from the city, the location was excellent. And the staffs at the reception & restaurant were very friendly.

Some of the facilities/amenities were not uptodate. The hot water was difficult to get, we didnt even get water at one point. The telephone wasnt working mmg either.

Still feel the privacy even with a few guests around!
