Nothing for me it was perfect

Near to town. Good facilities. Staff friendly. Bersih. Tidak bising. Good view. Beach cantik dan bersih. Nice sunset view.

There are so many things to like about Langkah Syabas Beach Resort. Lisa, Cora Jane and their staff are all very friendly, big, welcoming smiles and all very helpful. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, with stunning sunsets, and the perfect place to chill, unwind and relax. The well-maintained grounds are spacious (the gardeners do a great job), with two clean pools set in the grounds. The rooms in the chalet-style lodges are spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the spacious restaurant and bar with veranda, offer stunning views over the grounds and beach to the sea and islands. A la carte menu was comprehensive and offered good vegetarian options. Very easy to travel by taxi via Grab (Malaysian equivalent to Uber) to Kota Kinabalu centre (approx 30 mins, depending on traffic), and convenient for the airport to (approx 20 mins, depending on traffic).

The bay setting is really spectacular, picture-postcard perfect, with palm trees and sea and island views, and the immediate area of beach by the resort is kept clean. However outwith this area, there are a lot of plastic bottles and other items washed ashore daily.

The pool was okay.

The rooms was a bit dirty and mosquitoes was flying everywhere in the rooms which we had. I think the resort lacks housekeeping staff, that's why the rooms is not properly tidied and cleaned.
