Breakfast was needs more asian cuisine and your English breakfast needs cheese.. Sand flies bite itch lasted two weeks..

The staff and attention to detail. Comfortable rooms and refreshing pool.

It is a shame that the broader beach and bay is not clean

Location is all good but just know you’ll need the Grab app / rent a car if you want to head into Kota Kinabalu.

The staff were very kind, attentive, and patient with our requests.

The sea and the beach were dirty - despite the staff's efforts to clean the beach daily. It is that the sea is carrying a lot of rubbish and drops it in into beach daily. The proximity of the construction site does not help. Also, I have desinfected our room - but the other family have reported a 4 cm coackroach in their room. Finally, the bed sheets were not clean and the room furniture and furnishings were very run down.

Nothing, regret coming here.

The room is smelly, air-conditioner is so loud like aeroplane engine. Got mold on the ceiling. The drinking water on the bottle also not clean. Safety box can not use. Waiter forget our food order, waiting almost 2 hours. Overpriced.

Great place for a few days relaxing if you've been backpacking about Borneo. Facilities are a bit dated but well designed, the pool is clean and the deluxe chalets have all the basics you need to make the most of a poolside chill out

The food is pretty basic western fare and vegetarian options are very few. The beach is dirty. Staff get quite distracted when the owners are having a gathering in the beachfront entertaining area.
