Every time we wanted ice or laundry we had to have the front desk staff unlock the door because the door card reader wasn’t working. Rooms are only cleaned/refreshed every other day. We asked for our bedding to get changed due to a spill on the bed and the front desk acted as though we were inconveniencing them by asking. The pillows felt like they hadn’t been renewed in 10 years (flat and zero fluff). Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner and lotion but no body wash. The hot tub was luke warm at best. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Not what was expected for the price and being associated with Hilton.

It is in desperate need of upgrades. Mildew and very old shower. There were no charging ports had to use a regular wall plug. The staff were amazing!

"Not quiet for light sleepers, just pass on this place"

This Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) is on the lower end of the HGI's I've stayed in, quality and maintenance wise. Neither of us slept good that night and woke up feeling worse for wear. The location of the hotel means that no matter what you hear traffic noise, so if you're a light sleeper don't stay here. Let me start with the pro's: Breakfast server was awesome! (Unfortunately I didn't write down her name) Now for the list of improvements needed: Maintenance on the walls in the hallway and room, baseboard tearing away and wallpaper peeling off. Phone from room to front desk didn't work Had to call maintenance for the refrigerator because it was barely working Digital key did not work Waters weren't automatically given upon check-in Lights on the south end of the parking lot weren't on, which is where we had to park due to towing a trailer Thin walls
