Hampton Inn & Suites Borger

While we prefer to stay at Hilton properties such as Home 2 suites, Hilton Gardens etc. Hampton was actually a new one and we must say that this Hampton met the Hilton standards. Very clean, modern, spacious and well designed rooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking pet friendly property thats also clean, comfortable and safe.

Excellent customer service. I booked the hotel through the Hilton app. I made a mistake and accidentally reserved my room for the same day as opposed to a week later when I intended to travel. Outside the cancellation window, I called the hotel directly. The manager happened to answer and was very helpful in changing my reservation without penalty. I arrived late on the night of my stay and had to leave early the next morning. I wasn’t at the hotel for more than 8 hours. All and all a nice Hampton that seems relatively new. Only issue was some strange noise coming from next to my room on the first floor. At first I thought it was music but it was a consistent noise. Not sure if I was near a boiler or what. Wasn’t too bad just a little annoying.

Used Fleet enema bottle found among my clean washclothes. Disgusting and dangerous Was not adequately reimbursed for the situation.felt I could have been exposed to a disease when I reached to get my washcloth and found the bottle.

It was a good place to spend the night, reasonably priced, pretty clean and only complaint is the breakfast service. It made no sense that they had a specific person serving people and she were no mask and no gloves. Kind of pointless from a scientific stand point

Very attractive property, pretty much everything you need is very close, food, clothing, fuel. The staff really needs to go back to guest relations school, they were really just going through the motions, not at all representative of the vast majority of my Hilton property experiences.

The place was decently clean and the rooms were for the most part clean. The service was okay. I requested housekeeping during my stay but never came. They told me a new housekeeping team was recently hired and also they told me there was too many checkouts to attend my room. I had to constantly ask for trash bags and towels. They’re not on top of everything but they tried. The breakfast is not good and my wife was told not to get anything on her own and to only get one or two things. They’re were really skimpy. Overall my experience was okay but having two small children is not the right place to stay but I would recommend if you’re a solo or a couple.
