Hampton Inn & Suites Borger

Great hotel, quiet and clean. Good experience with the manger Courtney. She's professional, courteous, and customer focused. She leads a professional and efficient front desk staff. I am a diamond member so I do stay in alot of Hilton properties.

I was greated with the warmest of welcome by the front desk clerk. Her name was Julia. She alone gets 5 🌟. She was very knowledgable and super helpful. Thanks. I'll be staying here more often because of service like that.

From the second we walked in the door we felt as if we were walking into a second home. At check in, Julia greeted us with nothing but compassion and professionalism. She was very accommodating to our needs. We were in town for a funeral and had been on the road for over seven hours. I wanted to get our family as close as possible for our stay. Julia took the time to accommodate our rooms to the best of her ability. We did have some minor issues with the rooms, however these issues were quickly addressed and resolved. This staff member really set the bar for any expectations we had regarding the level of service we could expect from the location. All additional staff have been equally accommodating, but first impressions are everything. We will definitely keep this location on our favorites list. Again, nothing is perfect. The building does need a little maintenance work, however the level of service and hospitality received earns this location a 100% satisfactory review.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Shay at the front desk was very helpful in providing us great dinner place recommendations. There breakfast girl was equally as nice and helpful. I would definitely return for a stay!

Returning to CO from trip to OK and needed a convenient location. Had never been to Borger but found the Hampton with ease. The hotel was clean and room was very comfortable! Of note was the assistance of Lance Feider, the staff member at check in. I listened as he provided very courteous and helpful assistance by telephone and then courteously helped another customer that had a payment to make. Lance then provided quick assistance to me and provided a recommendation to a local steakhouse where we had one of the best steak meals ever. I called the GM (Ms. Dorsette) to commend Lance. The GM was very courteous and took the time to listen and said she would pass on comments to Lance. I recommend that Hilton hire Mr Feider to train the Hilton Honors telephone staff - they could use the assistance.

Hotel staff was courteous and the rooms were clean and well talen care of.

Visited family over a weekend and enjoyed the stay. Nice place, polite and responsive staff. Box stores and restaurants nearby, not really within walking distance. This is a good place to stay if you have a car, not so hot if you're on foot.

The bathroom was not clean. When we brought it to the managers attention she didn’t do anything about it.
