It was good

The wi-fi service was too bad. The TV provider (Direct TV) was not good, I could not watch some programs, I was interested on.

Nick the front desk person was great. He helped make things perfect for us.

The elevator needed maintenance because it felt like it was going to brake every time we got in it. The bed was terribly uncomfortable with tiny pillows that squooshed down flat. they need King sized pillows on a King sized bed.

Staff was very nice

The staff gives their all. All the staff was great. Very pro-active in dealing with issues. Even when I was checking out, the manager was tackling and resolving customer issues. Nice smiles and everything smelled nice.

Great Hotel! The fitness room was the best we’ve ever seen at a mid priced hotel. The breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Fantastic! My only comment to the hotel is to add a towel hook in the bathroom. If we were staying for more than one day there was no place to hang your bath towel.

The hotel is clean.

The egg omletes always have vegetables in them, with no alternatives. Also, the towels looked like they had stains in them from the stone ages. The towels are extremely hard and rough.
