Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to the airport and other amenities but quiet. The two staff we had contact with were very good. Friendly housemaid offered to help us get our luggage downstairs. The receptionist Oksana was exceptional. Our flight from Brisbane was delayed by almost two hours. She kept in contact and made sure we were confident about accessing the rooms after hours. In the morning when we had difficulties with transport, she went out of her way to make sure our baby granddaughter and all our party were able to get to the airport safely.
