"It was over all a good stay, we have rebooked for next year."

It was clean and appropriate for what we needed, have rebooked for next year.

The mattress was hard, we were located on the 2nd floor, no elevator, lugage we had to take up stairs...

"Convenient location with onsite parking"

Apartment loungeroom well furnished and spacious with good carpet. Good cooking facilities and large fridge. Comfy bed and sheets. Good parking on site.

It was difficult to use the cupboard and bedside draws as railing didn't slide and coat hanger rail too large for coat hangers. TV reception glitches when using laundry appliances. After shower water leaked on floor.

"It was ok but dissappointing"

It was a room

The bathroom had flooded, although attended to when I contacted was still not appropriate. It was on the first floor and no lift. Sheets had a dirty mark on them. Bathroom was old and shower was dirty looking. There was no information on the tv or a book that indicated what was around eg, food, shopping, attractions

"Clean, comfortable and quiet, which is really important for me."

It was quiet. We arrived a lot earlier than expected. The receptionist was helpful in offering to take our bags while we had lunch. When we entered our room it was a relief to know it was clean and comfortable

I do not remember seeing anything about stairs. As we were on level 1, we found it a bit difficult to lug the suitcases downstairs. But a lady (cleaner) did offer to help. Which was lovely. Thank you

"Lovely stay, staff excellent, no TV in bedroom"
