I am in a wheelchair & due to not being in a accessible room we requested extra towels to place on the shower floor as it was very slippery. The manager went beyond giving us extra towels she upgraded our room to a one bedroom apartment with a disability bathroom. The upgrade was of no extra charge to us. We were so grateful for there kindness. The staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful. When visiting our daughter we will always stay at Quest Moorabbin. Thank you to the staff for making our visit a lovely stay. Nicole & Lee Richardson

Enjoyed our stay except in the lounge area a foot stool would be appreciated as someone with a disability it nice to put your feet up

We have two elderly dogs and it was so nice to be able to bring them on our trip to Melbourne. I hate leaving them in kennels as they get so anxious. Great accommodation, great service and Oxana at the front desk is a legend : )
