"Keine groben Mängel, aber Luft nach oben"

Sehr freundliches Personal, beengtes aber familienfreundliches Zimmer

Odyssee vom Parkplatz zum Zimmer mit 4 Brandschutztüren, quer durch Außenbereich und mit 2 Aufzügen, von denen einer gesperrt war. Weg ohne Hilfe vom Personal nicht findbar, da keine Beschilderung. Sehr anstrengend mit Kindern. Essen nicht unser Geschmack: Jeden Tag sehr ähnlich, 1x rotes Fleisch in brauner Soße, 1x Fisch auf dem immer gleichen faden Juliennegemüse, Kartoffelbeilage oder Reis. Mal ein frisches Gemüse (TK Kaisergemüse in Tetrapak-Hollandaise zählt nicht) wäre toll gewesen und auch für Vegetarier hätte man sich gerne mehr einfallen lassen können, als Tortellini mit Tomatensauce... Auswahl beim Frühstück kenne ich aus vergleichbaren Hotels auch deutlich besser.

Sehr große Zimmer, mit Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine kleine Terrasse mit einem Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern oder nach Willingen. Sehr leckeres und Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Check out erst um 12 Uhr. Sehr ruhige Lage. 600m bis zur Bushaltestelle.

Leider keine Klimaanlage.

Freundlichkeit und flexible Abwicklung des check-ins. Ich kam gegen Mitternacht an, nachdem das ursprünglich geplante und gebuchte Hotel unbesetzt war. Der Nachtportier war flexibel und konnte sofort mich freundlich annehmen.
